Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file to book an appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, but may be used in accordance with the policy below. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full service fee. I understand that emergencies happen. True emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and I appreciate open communication as soon as possible. Thank you for respecting this policy and the time set aside for your care.
